HISTORY





Fermenting Cellars Winery, Wedding and Event Venue is located in a beautiful rural setting of southern Wisconsin.


Bill and Mary Eckert offer a variety of dry and sweet, red and white wines and a single run fortified wine all to be enjoyed in a beautiful covered pavilion setting, a cozy private Shed or an open air patio in front of a large fire place.


Our focus is to provide a high-quality and delicious wine tasting experience, all the while treating our guests as if they were family. With a variety of offerings to
​choose from, we are sure that you will enjoy our wines!


Changing out about every 2 to 3 weeks come

and enjoy some Wisconsin

Craft Beers on draft by the

flight, glass, pitcher or

fill your growler to

take home to enjoy!



EVENTS





Let Fermenting Cellars Winery, Wedding and Event Venue facilitate your dream bridal shower, baby shower, wedding ceremony and reception, retirement party, anniversary party, memorial service, fundraiser event, networking event, graduation party, any life event. Put your confidence in us to make your event everything you dreamed it could be.

We offer a tiered price range for days of the week, multiple places on the Venue to be married from our large covered pavilion to our enchanted wooded area walk path to our fireplace front wedding setting for the smaller wedding groups. Private tours are available year around of the Venue ( the pavilion, the grounds and The Shed) by calling Mary Eckert at 608-295-8972.
